Fas作为肿瘤坏死因子/神经生长因子受体超家族成员,在细胞凋亡及免疫调节中发挥重要作用。 Fas系统是目前研究最清楚的介导细胞凋亡的信号转导系统,主要由 Fas 及其相应配体( FasL)组成。细胞在接收到凋亡信号后,主要经外源性(死亡受体途径)和内源性(线粒体途径)两条途径引发细胞凋亡。此外,Fas还可以促进肿瘤细胞侵袭和转移。该文概述了 Fas和 FasL的分子特征及在肿瘤细胞凋亡中的最新研究进展。“,”The transmembrane protein Fas belongs to the tumor necrosis factor ( TNF ) that in turn belongs to the nerve growth factor( NGF) receptor super-family,which plays an important role in apoptosis and regulation of the immune system.Fas system is the most extensively studied system mediating apoptosis signaling transduction,mainly composed of Fas and its corresponding ligand (Fas ligand,FasL).There are two apoptosis signal pathways:the extrinsic( transmitted through death receptors,DR) and the intrinsic( mito-chondrial) death pathways.Besides,Fas also facilitates the invasion and metastasis of tumor cells.Here is to summarize the latest progresses in the molecular characteristics of the Fas and FasL,and the most recent pro-gress in the tumor cell apoptosis.
