随着心肌缺血再灌注损伤机制及缺血后处理保护机制逐步被阐明,药物后处理作为一种更有临床实用价值的方法越来越多的被研究。现重点阐述相关药物应用于再灌注期所模拟的内源性保护机制中的主要环节或触发的具体物质,以及近几年来药物后处理研究方面取得的进展。
With the mechanism of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and protection mechanisms of ischemic postconditioning gradually elucidated, drug post-treatment as a more practical method of clinical value is more and more studied. The main links or triggering specific substances used in the endogenous protective mechanisms simulated by the reperfusion period are focused on the relevant drugs and the progress made in the research of drug post-treatment in recent years.
