介绍曹妃甸工业区1号桥主塔C50高性能混凝土配合比的配制、应用及质量控制。裂缝是高性能混凝土最主要的的病害,分析了裂缝产生的原因,有设计因素、原材料因素、混凝土面配合比、混凝土养护因素等,提出了裂缝的预防及控制措施。介绍了C50高性能混凝土的配合比试验结果及各项指标检测结果,在施工中采取直接泵送的方式,取得了很好的效果。 The preparation, application and quality control of C50 high performance concrete mix for No.1 tower in Caofeidian Industrial Zone are introduced. Crack is the most important disease of high performance concrete. The causes of cracks are analyzed. There are design factors, raw material factors, mix proportion of concrete surface and concrete curing factors, and the prevention and control measures of cracks are put forward. This paper introduces the test results of C50 high performance concrete mix and the test results of various indexes, and adopts the direct pumping method in construction to achieve good results.
