目的:探讨余甘子对猪血清所致大鼠免疫性肝纤维化的影响。方法:采用大鼠ip猪血清,造成大鼠肝纤维化,ig余甘子提取物,采用放射免疫分析法测定其血清透明质酸(HA)、Ⅲ型前胶原氨基端肽(PⅢNP)、层黏连蛋白(LN)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、L-羟脯氨酸(Hyp)的含量,检测细胞因子肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、软化性因子(TGF-β),探讨余甘子抗免疫性肝纤维化的作用机制。结果:余甘子提取物能减少TNF-α,TGF-β的含量,减少HA,PⅢNP,LN,MDA,Hyp含量,升高SOD活性,其作用呈剂量依赖性。结论:余甘子对猪血清致大鼠肝纤维化模型具有较好的抗肝纤维化作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Phyllanthus emblica on immune hepatic fibrosis induced by pig serum. METHODS: Rat ip sera were used to induce hepatic fibrosis in rats. The extracts of iggonia officinalis were used. The serum HA and type III procollagen PNP were measured by radioimmunoassay. The content of connexin (LN), superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and L-hydroxyproline (Hyp), detection of cytokines tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), softening Factors (TGF-β) to explore the mechanism of immune immunity liver fibrosis of Phyllanthus emblica. Results: Phyllanthus emblica extract could reduce the content of TNF-α, TGF-β, decrease the content of HA, PIIINP, LN, MDA, Hyp and increase the activity of SOD. Its effect was dose-dependent. Conclusion: Phyllanthus emblica has good anti-hepatic fibrosis effect on pig serum induced hepatic fibrosis model.
