慢性胃炎(CG)是消化系统的一种常见病,动物模型的复制在CG的发病机制、治疗机理及相关新药研发方面尤为重要,但目前尚无CG自发性动物模型。本文查阅了近年来的研究文献,对动物模型的各种复制方法进行了系统梳理并做了全新分类归纳,进一步对每类方法的成模机理、注意事项及成模率进行了简洁、科学和客观的评价,以期开拓研究者的研究思路和提供研究参考。
Chronic gastritis (CG) is a common disease of the digestive system. The replication of animal models is particularly important in the pathogenesis of CG, the treatment mechanism and the development of new drugs. However, there is no animal model of CG spontaneously. In this paper, we review the research literature in recent years, systematically sort out various copying methods of animal models and make a new classification and induction, and further analyze the forming mechanism, precautions and molding rates of each type of methods in a concise, scientific and Objective evaluation, with a view to exploring the researchers’ research ideas and provide research reference.
