为提高被北京市西城区“信息化互助行动”项目中志愿者的服务能力,保障该项目健康发展,本研究以信息化志愿者培训中的问题为研究对象,通过访谈、问卷调查等方式,从政府相关部门、企业管理单位、信息化志愿者及居民学员等的角度全面了解志愿者培训的现状,总结出目前信息化志愿者培训的三大问题:缺乏培训;培训要求不明确、主体不固定;培训内容不系统、培训方式略单一。最后提出信息化志愿者培训问题解决方案:一是制定培训规划,加强制度保障;二是打造专业队伍,提高影响力;三是制定科学的培训方案。 In order to improve the service ability of the volunteers in Xicheng District of Beijing and to help the project develop healthily, this study focuses on the problems in the training of informatization volunteers. Through interviews and questionnaires Way, from the perspective of the relevant government departments, business management units, information volunteers and residents trainees to fully understand the status of volunteer training, summed up the current three major issues of information technology volunteers training: lack of training; training requirements are not clear, The main body is not fixed; the training content is not systematic and the training method is a bit simple. Finally, the solution to the problem of information volunteer training is put forward: first, to formulate a training plan and strengthen system guarantee; second, to create a professional team to improve its influence; and thirdly, to formulate a scientific training plan.
