辽阳纺织厂是有70年历史的国有大型棉纺织企业,有职工1100O多人,纱绽10万枚,布机2000多台。在计划经济体制下,曾为我省纺织工业的发展做过较大贡献。在向市场经济转轨过程中,由于观念陈旧,产品单一,经营封闭,难以承受市场冲击,仅1990、1991两年就亏损5000万元,成为我省纺织行业的亏损大户。1991年,市纺织局副局长张文胜出任该厂厂长,提出了“进入市场,黄金万两,转变经营,辽纺必兴”的口号。他带领全体职工解放思想,更新观念,跳出纺织围墙,开拓多项事业,扩大经营领域,共用三年的时间,不但扭亏为盈,而且成为辽宁省纺织行业的“红旗”单位。奥秘何在?
Liaoyang Textile Factory is a state-owned large-scale cotton textile enterprise with a history of 70 years. It has more than 1,100 employees, 100,000 yarns, and over 2,000 sets of cloth machines.
