本文介绍我科自1991年1月至6月采用自体LAK-细胞回输治疗慢性乙型肝炎21例。疗程结束,9例HBeAg阴转占42.9％。对照组20例中3例HBeAg阴转占15.0％,统计学处理P<0.01。结合临床观察、复习文献对自体LAK-细胞回输治疗乙肝机理进行了初步探讨。认为本治疗致HBeAg阴转效果明显,是目前抗病毒治疗比较理想的方法。
This article describes our department from January 1991 to June using autologous LAK-cell transfusion in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B in 21 cases. End of treatment, 9 cases of HBeAg negative accounted for 42.9%. The control group of 20 cases of 3 cases of HBeAg negative conversion accounted for 15.0%, statistical analysis P <0.01. Combined with clinical observation, review the literature on the autologous LAK-cell transfusion for the treatment of hepatitis B mechanism was discussed. That the treatment of HBeAg-induced negative effect is obvious, is an ideal anti-virus treatment method.
