本文介绍了在高大平房仓用新型隔热材料进行隔热改造后,用谷物冷却机把粮食冷却到15℃左右,进行低温密闭保冷的试验。通过试验,验证了新型隔热材料——隔热防水瓷漆的隔热保温性能和谷物冷却机的冷却效果、运行性能,总结了谷物冷却机低温储粮中粮温、水分的变化规律,获取了谷物冷却机耗电量数据,探索出最经济的低温储粮途径,为今后进一步推广应用新型隔热材料改造仓房和谷物冷却机低温储粮提供了实践经验。
This paper introduces the experiment of cooling the food at about 15 ℃ with a grain cooler after the heat insulation in a new high temperature warehouse with a new insulation material. Through experiments, the heat and heat insulation performance of the new insulation material - heat insulation and waterproof enamel paint and the cooling effect and operation performance of the grain cooler were verified. The changes of grain temperature and water content in the grain cooler at low temperature were summarized. Cooler power consumption data to explore the most economical way of low-temperature grain storage for the future to further promote the use of new insulation materials to transform warehouse and grain cooler low temperature grain storage provided practical experience.
