目的:了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生特点及一般规律,促进临床合理用药。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,对我院2002年10月1日~2008年12月31日收集的312例ADR报告分别从患者性别与年龄、药品种类、给药途径、累及器官或系统及临床表现等方面进行统计、分析。结果:312例ADR中,抗微生物药占63.46%,中药注射剂占13.14%。静脉给药引发的ADR例数最多,占86.86%;以皮肤及其附件损害最多,占47.12%。ADR多发于70岁以上人群。结论:临床应合理使用抗微生物药及中药注射剂,加强对中药注射剂的质量监测和规范使用,避免或减少ADR重复发生。
Objective: To understand the characteristics and general rules of adverse drug reaction (ADR) in our hospital and to promote rational drug use in clinic. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted on 312 ADRs collected in our hospital from October 1, 2002 to December 31, 2008 from gender and age of patient, drug type, route of administration, organ or system involvement and clinical Performance and other aspects of statistics, analysis. Results: Among 312 ADRs, antimicrobials accounted for 63.46% and traditional Chinese medicine injections accounted for 13.14%. The most cases of ADR caused by intravenous administration, accounting for 86.86%; with the most damage to the skin and its accessories, accounting for 47.12%. ADR occurs in people over the age of 70. Conclusion: The clinical use of antimicrobial agents and traditional Chinese medicine injections should be rationally used to improve the quality of traditional Chinese medicine injections and regulate the use of anti-microbial agents to avoid or reduce the occurrence of ADR.
