在德国的市场经济向“丰裕社会”转型的过程中,“德国商品检验基金会”被设立成为一个企业与政府混合型的消费者信息供应机构,是比较试验方法对产品质量治理的一个代表性机构。文章简要叙述了该机构的发展历史,描述了对比较试验测试结果的研究与传播效果,以及比较试验测试结果对生产商和经销商的影响。“,”The ?Stiftung Warentest?was constructed as a hybrid between a corporation in the field of consumer information and political institution designed for the improvement of the market economy in Germany during the transformation to an ?affluent society?.Also,it is a typical institution of the comparative product testing method for product quality governance.This article briefly introduces the fifty years history of Stiftung Warentest,describes the research and communication impact of the testing reports,and shows the influence on producers and retailers.
