目的探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平与代谢综合征(MS)的关系以及与其各组分的相关性。方法选取青岛市城阳区人民医院查体中心860例24~70岁体验者为调查对象,按是否存在MS和MS组分分成4组(1个代谢异常组分为组1,2个代谢异常组分为组2,MS组,健康对照组),通过特异性酶转换法测定血浆HCY水平。结果 MS组血浆HCY水平最高。MS组HHe(Hyperhomocysteinemia)检出率(血浆HCY水平>15μmol)为56.2%,组1为40.5%,组2为45.6%,健康对照组为31.5%,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,在调整了年龄、性别等因素后,HHe与高血压(OR=4.463)、脂代谢紊乱(OR=5.797)、超重和肥胖(OR=2.320)、MS(OR=5.957)呈独立相关(均P<0.001)。结论血浆HCY水平与血脂异常、肥胖、高血压、及其MS密切相关;HHe的检出风险在MS人群明显增加。
Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma homocysteine (HCY) level and metabolic syndrome (MS) and its relationship with its components. Methods A total of 860 people aged 24-70 years who were physical examination centers in Chengyang District People’s Hospital of Qingdao City were selected as subjects and divided into 4 groups according to the presence or absence of MS and MS components (1 metabolic abnormalities were group 1 and 2 metabolic abnormalities Group 2, MS group, healthy control group), the level of plasma HCY was measured by specific enzymatic conversion method. Results The plasma HCY levels in MS group were the highest. The detection rate of Hyperhomocysteinemia (HCH level> 15μmol) was 56.2% in MS group, 40.5% in group 1, 45.6% in group 2 and 31.5% in healthy control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that HHe was associated with hypertension (OR = 4.463), lipid metabolism disorder (OR = 5.797), overweight and obesity (OR = 2.320) and MS ) Were independently related (all P <0.001). Conclusions Plasma HCY levels are closely related to dyslipidemia, obesity, hypertension and their MS. The detection risk of HHe is significantly increased in MS population.
