本研究建立了唾液睾酮（ＳＴ）的ＩＥＭＡ（磁性微粒分离的酶联免疫）测定法。结果：平均回收率为９２．３５％，重复试验平均变异系数＜５％，血清睾酮（Ｔ）与唾液Ｔ相关系数为：男ｒ＝０．８５２，Ｐ＜０．００１，女ｒ＝０．９０２，Ｐ＜０．００１，与其它测定唾液Ｔ方法的结果相符。本研究提示唾液Ｔ浓度可反映血浆游离Ｔ水平，在临床和体育研究中有实际应用价值。 This study established the saliva testosterone (ST) IEMA (magnetic particle separation of the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay). Results: The average recovery was 92.35%. The average coefficient of variation of repeated test was <5%. The correlation coefficient between serum testosterone (T) and saliva T was male r = 0.852, P <0.001, female r = 0. 902, P <0.001, consistent with the results of other saliva T methods. This study suggests that saliva T concentration can reflect the level of plasma free T, in clinical and physical studies have practical value.
