在飞机装配过程中,需要将襟、副翼调至中立位置后,再铰孔或调整止动螺栓。目前确定中立位置最常用的是外检样板法:即以机翼Ⅰ、Ⅱ梁处的实际外形作为定位基准,用带等距间隙的外检样板来决定襟、副翼尾边条的中立位置(见图1)。这种方法对翼剖面较小的飞机,具有直观、方便、迅速等优点。但对机翼剖面较大的飞机,却显得很不适用,主要问题如下:
