制备了一系列不同配比、添加不同润滑剂的竹粉/ABS复合材料,通过研究其力学性能,比较了石蜡和硬脂酸以及不同的竹粉含量等给拉伸强度、冲击强度和弯曲强度带来的影响,所有添加竹粉的复合材料的各项力学指标均比未添加竹粉的ABS树脂低,其随竹粉含量增加所呈现的变化规律因不同的润滑体系而不同,在等比例添加石蜡和硬脂酸的复合体系中,冲击强度与弯曲强度均随竹粉含量的增加而上升;用毛细管流变仪检测了各样品在185℃、200℃、215℃和230℃下的流变性能,结果表明,体系的剪切应力和表观粘度随温度的增加而降低,随竹粉含量的增加而渐大,仅添加硬脂酸的样品流动性能相对较好。
A series of different ratios of bamboo powder / ABS composites with different lubricants were prepared. The mechanical properties of bamboo powder / ABS composites were compared. The tensile strength, impact strength and flexural strength of paraffin wax and stearic acid and different contents of bamboo powder were compared. , The mechanical properties of all the composites added with bamboo powder are lower than that of the ABS resin without the addition of bamboo powder. The flow of each sample at 185 ℃, 200 ℃, 215 ℃ and 230 ℃ was measured by capillary rheometer The results show that the shear stress and the apparent viscosity of the system decrease with the increase of the temperature, and increase with the increase of the content of the bamboo powder. The flow performance of the sample with the addition of stearic acid is relatively good.
