智能变电站过程层GOOSE信号数据流向及配合关系分析

针对智能变电站过程层通信不透明的现状,阐述了过程层网络GOOSE信号产生的机理,信号优先级划分,信号传输方式及数据流向,系统地总结了过程层网络GOOSE的特性。通过对典型220 kV变电站二次设备间GOOSE信号配合关系的剖析,直观地呈现了电力系统发生故障时保护装置的动作行为及GOOSE数据流的生命周期,并结合智能变电站产品研发及全站调试经验,给出了工程应用中一些GOOSE问题的解决方案。 In view of the opaque situation of process layer communication in smart substations, the mechanism of GOOSE signal generation, signal prioritization, signal transmission mode and data flow in process layer network are expounded. The GOOSE characteristics of process layer network are systematically summarized. Through the analysis of the cooperation between GOOSE signals of the secondary equipment in a typical 220 kV substation, the action behavior of the protection device and the life cycle of the GOOSE data flow in the event of a power system failure are intuitively presented. Combined with the research and development of smart substation product development and station commissioning experience , Gives a solution to some GOOSE problems in engineering applications.
