开展石油钻机链条传动的研究,并使钻机上各个传动元件的性能均能满足发展链条钻机的需要,是目前链条钻机设计研究工作中的重要内容。近来上述问题已引起研究、设计、制造、使用各部门的重视,开展了一些工作,已经取得了一些可喜的成果。本文拟从链条的按失效形式的封闭功率曲线(简称链条的帐篷曲线)出发,对钻机上的高速驱动链工作范围的选择及其对动力装置的要求,提出了一点粗浅的看法,在分析对比现有的几种液力变矩器的工作性能的基础上,提出了目前设计制造链条钻机时,推荐采用
Carrying on the research of the chain drive of the oil drilling rig and making the performance of each transmission component on the drilling rig meet the need of developing the chain drilling rig is an important content in the design and research work of the chain drilling rig. Recently, the above problems have caused much attention in research, design, manufacture and use of various departments, carried out some work and some gratifying achievements have been made. In this paper, starting from the closed form of the closed-power curve of the chain (referred to as the tent curve of the chain), the author puts forward a little superficial opinion on the selection of the working range of the high-speed drive chain on the drilling rig and its requirements on the power plant. Based on the working performance of several existing hydraulic torque converters, it is proposed that when designing and manufacturing a chain drilling rig, it is recommended
