通过热板法和电刺激法实验发现肌肉注射止痛4号能显著提高小鼠的痛阈值，并能显著降低醋酸致扭体反应，可见止痛4号有明显的镇痛作用；通过分析止痛4号镇痛部位的实验，发现其仅能提高小鼠炎症足的痛阈值，而对非炎症足无明显影响，推测止痛4号可能属于外周性镇痛药。
Through the hot plate method and electrical stimulation experiment, it was found that intramuscular injection of Zhitong No. 4 can significantly increase the pain threshold of mice, and can significantly reduce the writhing response caused by acetic acid. It can be seen that Zhitong No. 4 has obvious analgesic effect; through analysis of Zhitong No. 4 Analgesic site experiments found that it can only increase the pain threshold of inflammation in mice, but no significant effect on non-inflammatory foot, it is speculated that Zhitong No. 4 may belong to peripheral analgesics.
