供电是否可靠是炼化企业安全生产的关技．多年来，河南油合炼油厂的生产不断受到电网威胁，虽然多方努力，但始终没能从根本上解决问题．在统计油田电网的近3年供电情况的基础上，经过分析，指出了影响炼油厂供电可靠性的主要原因是炼油厂电压等级妖、与油田其它交荷单电源并列运用，在其它电力用户发生事故时，必然要影响到炼油厂的生产．在现有情况下利用这山和唐河两个22（）k变电站通过魏岗110kV变电站对炼油厂实现双电源供电是可行的．从发展来看，在炼油厂建设一座110kV变电站，提高电压等级，实现独立的双电源供电是非常必要的．同时指出加强设备维护和技术管理是提高电网供电可靠性的必要条件，作为供电部门和用户都应该认真重视．

Under the existing conditions, it is feasible to use the two 22 () k substations in Tangshan and Tanghe to realize dual power supply to refinery through Weigang 110kV substation. From the development point of view, it is very necessary to build a 110kV substation in the refinery to improve the voltage level and realize independent dual power supply. At the same time, it is pointed out that strengthening equipment maintenance and technical management are the necessary conditions to improve the reliability of power supply. As the power supply department and users, they should be taken seriously.
