[目的]探究社区卫生管理岗位能力的分析,为以后社区卫生部门管理工作提供一定参考。[方法]选取48名医院院长、疾控中心主任等作为研究对象,通过胜任能力调查的方式对社区卫生管理岗位胜任能力进行有效的分析。[结果]社区卫生管理岗位胜任能力与领导风格、政策理解能力等相关因素有关,能够根据管理者胜任能力模型给予评定。[结论]对社区卫生管理岗位胜任因素进行分析以后,内在素质涵养与自身积累的经验为主要特点,后期的培训等不能实现。将管理能力胜任模型进行有效的制定,是社区卫生服务管理岗位人才选拔与认同资历的关键,必须强化人力资源管理的调配。
[Objective] To explore the analysis of the ability of community health management posts and provide some reference for the management of community health departments in the future. [Methods] Forty-eight hospital deans, director of CDC and so on, were selected as the research object, and the competency of community health management was effectively analyzed through the competency assessment. [Results] The competency of community health management posts was related to leadership style, ability of policy understanding and other related factors, and could be assessed according to the competency model of managers. [Conclusion] After the analysis of the competency of community health management positions, the intrinsic quality conservation and self accumulation experience are the main features. The latter training can not be achieved. The effective management of competency model for the formulation of community health service management talent selection and identification of the key positions, we must strengthen the allocation of human resources management.
