主厂房发电机层是地下水电站最重要的场所之一,如何有效控制其温湿度,满足设备运行和人员卫生的要求,是设计人员需要解决的主要问题。为研究发电机层的空气温度和湿度出现偏离设计要求的原因,利用焓湿图对空气处理过程进行分析,分别提出了风量和冷量出现偏差对温湿度的影响,得出其主要原因是空调器的风量和冷量不匹配,并提出相应的解决方案,供设计人员在进行空调器的选型设计时参考。
The main plant generator layer is one of the most important places for underground hydropower station. How to effectively control its temperature and humidity and meet the equipment operation and personnel hygiene requirements is the main problem that designers need to solve. In order to study the cause of deviating from the design requirements for the air temperature and humidity in the generator layer, the process of air treatment was analyzed by using the psychrometric chart. The influence of the deviation of the air flow rate and the cooling capacity on the temperature and humidity was analyzed respectively. The amount of air and cooling capacity does not match, and put forward the corresponding solutions for designers in the selection of air conditioner design reference.
