白加黑路面技术广泛应用于旧水泥路面的维修或改造,但这种新型的复合式路面结构需要解决两个关键技术问题:反射裂缝和层间粘结问题。该文通过分析反射裂缝和层间粘结的力学特性,选取了一些重要影响参数,如沥青加铺层的厚度、水泥路面板的厚度及接缝宽度、防裂土工织物夹层的模量等,分别应用Ansys和Bisar软件进行了结构计算分析。研究结果和实体工程表明:沥青加铺层的厚度是影响白加黑路面结构稳定性的首要因素;土工格栅的介入,不仅能有效防止剪切型反射裂缝,而且通过自身的栅孔可以优化层间的粘结效果。
White plus black pavement technology is widely used in the repair or renovation of the old cement pavement, but the new composite pavement structure needs to solve two key technical problems: reflective cracking and interlayer bonding problems. In this paper, some important influencing parameters are selected, such as the thickness of asphalt overlay, the thickness of concrete pavement slab and the width of joint, the modulus of anti-cracking geotextile interlayer and so on, by analyzing the mechanical properties of reflecting cracks and interlayer bonding, Ansys and Bisar software were used to calculate the structure. The results and the physical engineering show that the thickness of asphalt overlay is the primary factor affecting the structural stability of white plus black pavement. The intervention of geogrid not only can effectively prevent the shear reflection cracks, but also can be optimized through its own grid The bonding effect between layers.
