在自然界中,植物常常为了应对不同虫害和病害,会激活不同信号路径调控的防御反应。植物体内不同防御信号路径间的交互作用,被认为是植物精确调控其防御反应,提高其适应性的重要表现。但是从植物-植食者长期协同进化的角度分析,在植物防御反应的长期选择压下,植食者极有可能会利用植物体内的不同信号间的交互作用,进而瓦解其防御反应。因此从病虫害防治的需要出发,尽快明确植食者介导的植物体内不同防御信号路径间的互作机制,对于未来利用转基因
In nature, plants often activate defensive responses to different signal pathways in response to different pests and diseases. The interaction between different defense signal pathways in plants is considered as an important manifestation of plant’s precise regulation of its defense response and its adaptability. However, from the perspective of long-term plant-plant eater co-evolution, under the long-term selection pressure of plant defense response, it is very likely that the plant-eater will utilize the interaction between different signals in plants to disrupt its defense response. Therefore, starting from the need of pest and disease control, the mechanism of interaction between different defense signal pathways mediated by plant-acceptor in plants should be clarified as soon as possible.
