通过两年田间小区试验,观察比较双株定向栽培模式和常规栽培模式下玉米弯孢菌叶斑病发生流行动态及对玉米产量的影响。结果表明,双株定向栽培模式下玉米弯孢菌叶斑病的病情重于常规栽培模式,适合病害发生的环境条件下病情差异更为明显。应用Logistic模型推导两种栽培模式下病害的流行时期,双株定向栽培模式的指数增长期及衰退期较常规栽培模式短,而逻辑斯蒂增长期则长4~5 d,说明双株定向栽培模式更适合病害的发生与流行。双株定向栽培的玉米产量高于常规栽培,但随着两者病情差距的扩大,增产优势会降低。
Through two years of field plot experiment, we observed and compared the epidemic dynamics of Curvularia glabra leaf spot and the effect on maize yield under the two-plant oriented cultivation mode and the conventional cultivation mode. The results showed that the disease of maize curvularia leaf spot was heavier than that of the conventional cultivation mode under the two-plant oriented cultivation mode, and the difference was more obvious under the environmental conditions suitable for the occurrence of the disease. The Logistic model was used to deduce the prevalence of the disease in the two cultivation modes. The exponential growth period and recession period of the two-plant oriented cultivation mode were shorter than those of the conventional cultivation mode, while the duration of the Logistic model was 4-5 days, indicating that the double- Mode is more suitable for the occurrence and prevalence of diseases. The yield of corn planted in double plants was higher than that of conventional cultivation, but with the expansion of the gap between the two conditions, the advantage of yield increase would be reduced.
