通过室内诱裂试验和田间调查相结合的方法,以95个枣品种为研究对象,对其裂果性进行了研究。结果表明:根据裂果指数大小把95个枣品种分为抗裂、较抗裂和易裂三个类型,其中抗裂品种47个,较抗裂品种7个,易裂品种41个;自然条件下,45个品种出现裂果,占供试品种的47.4%,其中裂果率小于10%品种34个,占供试品种35.8%,金丝1号裂果率最大64%。对影响裂果的因子进行相关性分析表明,室内诱裂试验裂果率和自然裂果率与裂果指数呈显著正相关,自然裂果率与室内诱裂试验裂果率呈显著正相关;枣果中可溶性固形物和有机酸含量、总糖、维生素C、果实密度与自然裂果率、室内诱裂试验裂果率、室内诱裂试验裂果指数不相关。抗裂品种相枣在浸水过程中吸水率低,变化趋势平缓;极易裂品种京39浸水24小时后吸水率急剧升高。
Through the method of indoor fission test and field investigation, the 95 jujube cultivars were studied, and their fissures were studied. The water absorption rate of the very fragile variety Jing 39 after 24-hour immersion is sharply increased.
