胜利油田将“油”与“心”结合,通过一体化运行、本土化推进、模块化应用,努力推动EAP沉到基层,融入管理,温润员工心田。按照集团公司部署,胜利油田大力开展EAP(员工帮助计划)实践应用。自2009年公司成立心理学应用项目部以来,胜利油田共接到职工群众咨询电话3800余例,其中组织咨询师面对面咨询300余例;油田推出的“乐在职场”“阳光心态”等EAP团训项目,先后开展980场次,参与人员5.4万人次,EAP工作蓬勃开展。“幸福教练”活跃百里油区
