变速器换挡过程操纵油压的数学建模是操纵阀改进设计的关键理论基础。分析装载机变速器电液换挡操纵阀换挡过程的油压变化,建立压力-时间特性方程,得出理论压力-时间特性曲线;在试验台架上进行了操纵阀换挡过程的压力测试试验,将实测曲线与理论曲线对比分析,找出差距的原因进行改进,并再次进行试验验证。建立的理论方程与曲线为该操纵阀的设计奠定理论基础。
The mathematical modeling of manipulating hydraulic pressure in the shift process of the transmission is the key theoretical basis for the control valve to improve the design. The hydraulic pressure change during the shift process of electrohydraulic shift control valve of loader transmission was analyzed to establish the pressure-time characteristic equation, and the theoretical pressure-time characteristic curve was obtained. The pressure test of pilot shift valve was carried out on the test bench , The measured curve and theoretical curve comparative analysis to find out the reasons for the gap to improve and re-test verification. The established theoretical equations and curves lay the theoretical foundation for the design of the pilot valve.
