悬臂浇筑施工是指当桥墩浇筑到顶之后,在墩顶安装脚手钢桁架并向两侧伸出悬臂以供垂吊挂篮,然后实施逐段悬臂平衡施工的方法。该法适用于大跨径的预应力混凝土悬梁桥、连续梁桥、T型刚构桥、连续刚构桥。其特点是无须建立落地支架,无须大型起重与运输机具,主要设备是一对行走的挂篮。近几年通过对永淮亳高速大青沟桥、G105跨铁路立交桥等大桥全过程跟踪,较为系统地掌握了桥梁上部构造悬臂浇筑施工的质量控制要点。

In recent years, through the whole process of tracking the Daqinggou Bridge and G105 cross-overpass of Yonghuai Bo Expressway, it systematically mastered the key points of quality control of the cantilever pouring construction in the upper part of the bridge.
