目前在风洞中通常采用固定地板和活动地板两种模拟方法开展飞行器地面效应研究,确定地面效应影响量大小。采用固定地板模拟地面时,由于存在地板边界层,不能真实模拟飞机近地飞行状况。采用活动地板模拟地面时,由于活动带运行速度和方向与来流一致,在活动地板表面不存在边界层,可以真实模拟飞机近地飞行状况,提高地面效应试验数据的精准度。介绍了Φ3.2m风洞活动地板系统的研制情况,对活动地板系统的组成、结构形式、主要技术指标等作了简要介绍。YF-16模型试验结果表明:Φ3.2m风洞活动地板试验系统的性能指标达到了设计要求,活动带最大运行速度为60m/s;活动地板和固定地板两种模拟方法获得的地面效应试验结果存在较大差别,差别大小随地板高度和飞机姿态角变化而变化。
At present, two kinds of simulation methods of fixed floor and raised floor are usually used in the wind tunnel to study the ground effect of the aircraft and determine the influence of the ground effect. When using the fixed floor to simulate the ground, due to the existence of the boundary layer of the floor, it is impossible to simulate the real-time flight status of the aircraft. When the movable floor is used to simulate the ground, because the moving speed and direction of the movable belt are consistent with the incoming traffic, there is no boundary layer on the active floor surface, which can simulate the real-time flight conditions of the aircraft and improve the accuracy of the ground effect test data. The development situation of the Φ3.2m wind tunnel active floor system was introduced. The composition, structure and main technical indexes of the movable floor system were briefly introduced. The results of YF-16 model test show that the performance of Φ3.2m wind tunnel active floor test system meets the design requirements and the maximum running speed of the movable zone is 60m / s. The ground effect test results obtained by the two simulation methods of movable floor and fixed floor There is a big difference, the difference in size with the floor height and aircraft attitude angle changes.
