词汇是英语教学的基础,如何让词汇教学更有意义是值得教师探讨的主题。英语的交际性、学生的身心特点——好动、爱表现等,决定了表演应成为小学英语教学的靓丽风景。课堂教学中,教师应提供表演的平台、给学生展示和创新的机会。下面,笔者主要以表演为研究对象,从肢体语言的使用、看图表演和说话、“你演我猜”等的表演方式在小学英语词汇教学中的运用方面,谈谈提高课堂质量的几点体会,以期共享。
