艺术类院校作为公益性的教学单位,为中国创意产业的崛起、为经济的发展注入了大量新鲜的血液。但是,由于相关合理有效的高校设计成果技术转让体系和平台的缺失,在高校里产生的大部分创意往往无疾而终,具有前瞻性和科学性的创意研究甚至可能白白流失。如何才能让学校这个文化、技术和创意兼具的机构真正在创意产业中更充分地发挥其生力军的作用,我们有必要对艺术类高校设计创意教学成果的产权转让问题做进一步思考。
As a non-profit teaching unit, art schools are the rise of creative industries in China and have infused vast amounts of fresh blood into their economic development. However, due to the lack of relevant and effective university technology transfer system and platform for design results, most of the creative ideas produced in colleges and universities often fail, and forward-looking and scientific creative research may even be lost. How to make the school, a culture, technology and creative agency, truly play its role as a new force in the creative industry? We need to further think about the transfer of property rights in the design of creative teaching in art colleges.
