There is a story about a surgical nurse in a prestigious hospital who goes to work on the first day to catch up with a laparotomy and she is responsible for the inventory of all the instruments and materials used. Towards the end of the operation, she said to the surgeon: “We used a total of 12 gauze and you only cleared 11 and we had to find another one.” The doctor said: “I have completely cleared Now we ought to be stitched. ”The fledgling nurse objected:“ You can not do that, Doctor, we have to think for the patients. ”" The outcome of the story is not accounted for and the outcome is not important.
