目的研究心脑欣丸对高脂血症模型大鼠血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的影响。方法将大鼠分为正常对照组、模型组、心脑欣丸给药组。正常对照组给予普通饲料,其余各组给予高脂饲料。正常对照组和模型组给予羧甲基纤维素,心脑欣丸组给予心脑欣丸,均灌胃给药。3周后测定大鼠血清(Hcy)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDL-C)水平。结果模型组和心脑欣丸组TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C及VLDL-C水平高于正常对照组,心脑欣丸组血清Hcy水平低于模型组。结论心脑欣丸可降低大鼠血清Hcy水平,但对血脂无显著影响。
Objective To study the effect of Xinnaoxin Pills on the level of serum homocysteine (Hcy) in hyperlipidemic rats. Methods The rats were divided into normal control group, model group and Xinnao Xin Wan administration group. The normal control group was given normal feed, while the rest groups were given high fat diet. Carboxymethylcellulose was given to normal control group and model group. Xinnaoxin capsule was given Xinnaoxin capsule, and both were given intragastrically. After 3 weeks, the serum levels of Hcy, TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C and very low density lipids Protein cholesterol (VLDL-C) levels. Results The levels of TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C and VLDL-C in model group and Xinnaoxin Pill group were higher than those in normal control group. The serum Hcy level in Xinnaoxin Pill group was lower than that in model group. Conclusion Xinnaoxin Pill can reduce serum Hcy levels in rats, but no significant effect on blood lipids.
