国家第七个五年计划规定了汽车制造业应作为国家的重要支柱产业。马克思主义政治经济学认为作为劳动对象的材料,是生产劳动三要素之一。第二汽车制造厂的生产实践表明劳动对象的费用,要占汽车成本四分之三以上。材料、其主体为金属材料、是冶金工业与汽车工业的结合点。其用量巨大、品种规格繁多,生产供应上的矛盾很多、情况变化也很大,需要汽车行业和各厂的领导以及专业人员给以特别的重视。本文继又提出第二汽车制造厂在材料技术工作中的几点指导思想: 1、汽车用材应当适应国家资源条件,在此基础上,认真开辟货源,确保供应。 2、开发汽车材料技术和工艺技术,创造生产条件,提高汽车质量。 3、在工艺和管理上下功夫,减少材料消耗,降低汽车成本,提高经济效益。 4、通过引进新材料,取得技术进步,并逐步促进国内建点生产。
The country’s seventh five-year plan stipulates that the automobile manufacturing industry should be an important pillar industry of the country. Marxist political economics considers the material as a labor object to be one of the three elements of production labor. The production practice of the second automobile factory shows that the cost of the labor object accounts for more than three quarters of the cost of the car. The material, the main body of which is a metal material, is the integration point between the metallurgical industry and the automotive industry. Its huge amount, variety of specifications, many contradictions in production and supply, changes in the situation are also very large, the need for leadership and professionals in the automotive industry and factories to give special attention. This article continues to propose several guiding ideology for the second automobile factory in the material technology work: 1. The automobile timber should be adapted to the national resource conditions. On this basis, the source should be carefully opened to ensure supply. 2. Develop automotive material technology and process technology to create production conditions and improve vehicle quality. 3. Work hard on the process and management, reduce material consumption, reduce vehicle costs, and increase economic efficiency. 4, through the introduction of new materials, access to technological progress, and gradually promote the construction of domestic production.
