气门弹簧是汽车发动机的重要元件,其对疲劳和稳定性能的要求非常苛刻。概述了气门弹簧用钢的化学成分、冶炼工艺等对提高弹簧性能的研究进展。着重介绍了硅、锰、铬、镍、钼、铌及钒等元素对气门弹簧用钢的强度、疲劳极限以及抗松弛性能的影响,同时对冶炼工艺中夹杂物控制技术以及弹簧钢表面处理技术的研究进展进行了系统归纳。
Valve spring is an important component of the car engine, its fatigue and stability performance requirements are very harsh. This paper summarizes the research progress of chemical composition and smelting process of valve spring steel to improve the spring performance. The effects of silicon, manganese, chromium, nickel, molybdenum, niobium and vanadium on the strength, fatigue limit and relaxation resistance of valve spring steel are emphatically introduced. At the same time, the control technology of inclusion and the surface treatment technology of spring steel The research progress has been systematically summarized.
