江西省天然气一期管网工程CNG加气母站的分子筛再生后吸附能力无法恢复,导致天然气脱水后的含水量超出国家标准,影响了设备的平稳运行和对下游用户的正常供气。分析了脱水装置设计参数与工况参数之间存在的偏差,以及脱水装置工艺流程的缺陷。根据分析结果,将脱水装置的再生流程由双塔开式循环改造为单塔闭式减压循环。加气母站干燥器单塔吸附周期由改造前的5h增加至改造后的136h,吸附能力显著提高,同时降低了再生成本。该改造方案可为同行业类似问题的处理提供借鉴。(表2,图2,参5)
After the regeneration of molecular sieve, the adsorption capacity of CNG gas station can not be recovered, resulting in the water content of natural gas after dehydration exceeding the national standard, affecting the smooth operation of equipment and the normal gas supply to downstream users. The deviations between the design parameters of the dewatering device and the operating parameters are analyzed, and the defects of the technological process of the dewatering device are analyzed. According to the analysis results, the regeneration process of the dewatering unit was changed from double tower open circulation to single tower closed pressure reduction cycle. Adsorption cycle was increased significantly from 5h before reforming to 136h after revamping, and the regeneration cost was reduced at the same time. The reform program can provide reference for the treatment of similar problems in the same industry. (Table 2, Figure 2, reference 5)
