Space Imaging is a U.S. satellite ground station. Most of the work at the time is the collection and processing of large-scale image data files transmitted from satellites to the earth. The company has high requirements for technology, especially for resolution of geographic graphics. Recently, the company launched a successful satellite named IKONOS in September 1999 and participated in the acquisition and processing of satellite transmissions to Earth.
