提出了一种基于单线阵CCD相机的坐标测量系统。将相机的探测光幕面和激光器的光幕面设置在同一个平面内,投影板被激光器照亮,为相机提供具有一定亮度的探测背景。当两发弹丸同时穿越由激光器和线阵相机共同组成的探测光幕面时,会挡住激光器投射在投影板上的部分光线,并在投影板上留下两个弹丸的投影。相机采集到两个投影的影像和两发弹丸自身的影像,并通过计算机图像处理对两种影像加以区分和位置识别,得到弹丸在CCD器件上的成像点和弹丸在投影板上的投影点中心的位置坐标,然后再根据激光器发光点和探测镜头主点位置等系统参数,最终便可求解得到两发弹丸的着靶坐标。结果表明,所提出的测量原理是可行的,测量误差在靶面面积为0.5m×0.5m时约为1mm,如果进一步增大测量靶面面积,则可以满足现有靶场的测试需求。 A coordinate measuring system based on single linear CCD camera is proposed. The results show that the proposed measurement principle is feasible and the measurement error is about 1mm when the target area is 0.5m × 0.5m. If the area of ​​the target is further increased, the test requirements of the existing range can be satisfied.
