传统的流体积算方式多采用流量积算仪,易形成信息孤岛,以PLC作为积算核心,使用高精度信号输入模板确保数据转化精度,并利用编程方法对各采样通道进行校正,确保数据精度。文章重点介绍了实践应用中使用软件编程方法进行数据平滑处理,避免现场扰动数据的干扰,并使用编程方法解决实现时钟补偿、数据累计精度保证等问题,利用目前广泛应用的控制系统实现体积流量的精确积算。
