研究了LaFe11.6Si1.4磁制冷材料25℃下的吸放氢热力学及不同氢压(2.0×106、2.5×106及3.0×106Pa)下的吸氢动力学行为。结果表明:LaFe11.6Si1.4合金常温吸放氢存在约2×105Pa的严重滞后现象,吸氢过程存在氢压敏感的吸氢孕育期,提高氢压可快速完成吸氢饱和,但对饱和吸氢量影响甚微。常温下难于通过改变氢压的技术制备精确含氢量即可变居里温度的LaFe11.6Si1.4室温磁制冷材料。
The hydrogen absorption and desorption thermodynamics of LaFe11.6Si1.4 magnetic refrigeration material at 25 ℃ and the hydrogen absorption kinetics at different hydrogen pressures (2.0 × 106, 2.5 × 106 and 3.0 × 106Pa) were studied. The results show that there is a serious hysteresis of about 2 × 10 5 Pa in hydrogen storage and desorption of LaFe11.6Si1.4 alloy at atmospheric temperature. Hydrogen pressure sensitive hydrogen occlusion period exists in the hydrogen absorption process, hydrogen saturation can be completed quickly by increasing the hydrogen pressure, The amount of hydrogen has little effect. It is difficult to prepare LaFe11.6Si1.4 room-temperature magnetic refrigeration material with accurate hydrogen content and variable Curie temperature by changing the hydrogen pressure at room temperature.
