我厂是生产电渣熔铸45钢曲轴的专业厂家,以往均仿照锻钢曲轴的热处理工艺进行生产,即以正火作为预先热处理,调质作为最终热处理。结果不仅热处理成本高,而且曲轴变形量大,在校直中常发生压断事故,未能充分发挥电渣熔铸工艺的优势,为此,我们进行了工艺改进。考虑到经电渣熔铸的45钢中的杂质大为减少,基体组织较母材细密纯净且无大的内应力,因而决定采用亚温处理代替以往的正火+调质处理。一年多来,曲轴变形量大为降低,未发生
