目的:制备和评价马钱子碱聚乳酸载药纳米粒(B ru-PLA-NPs)。方法:采用溶剂扩散法制备B ru-PLA-NPs,并对其进行表征和体外释药评价。结果:制得的B ru-PLA-NPs的平均粒径为95 nm,多分散指数为0.362,Zeta电位为-15.68 mV。B ru的平均载药量和包封率分别为7%,37%。体外释药试验表明,与B ru溶液相比B ru-PLA-NPs具有明显的缓释作用。结论:采用溶剂扩散法制备的B ru-PLA-NPs粒径小,载药量高,具有明显的缓释作用。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare and evaluate strychnine-loaded polylactic acid loaded nanoparticles (B ru-PLA-NPs). METHODS: B ru-PLA-NPs were prepared by solvent diffusion method, and characterized by characterization and in vitro drug release evaluation. Results: The obtained B ru-PLA-NPs had an average particle size of 95 nm, a polydispersity index of 0.362 and a Zeta potential of -15.68 mV. The average drug loading and entrapment efficiency of B ru were 7% and 37%, respectively. The in vitro drug release test showed that B ru-PLA-NPs had a significant sustained-release effect compared to B ru solution. Conclusion: B ru-PLA-NPs prepared by solvent diffusion method have small particle size, high drug loading and obvious sustained-release effect.
