以工业甘油和自制催化剂为原料在环路反应器上制备聚甘油,通过监测反应过程中游离甘油含量和羟值的变化以确定甘油转化率和产物的平均聚合度。研究了反应温度、催化剂用量和反应器压力对甘油转化率及产品平均聚合度的影响。结果表明,环路反应器制备聚甘油的优化工艺条件为:反应温度240℃,催化剂用量2.0%,反应器压力0.2~0.3 MPa;此条件下甘油转化率可以达到99%以上,产品的平均聚合度能达到20以上。
Polyglycerol was prepared on a loop reactor using industrial glycerin and self-made catalyst as starting materials. The glycerol conversion and the average degree of polymerization of the product were determined by monitoring the change of free glycerol content and hydroxyl value during the reaction. The effects of reaction temperature, catalyst amount and reactor pressure on the conversion of glycerol and the average degree of polymerization of the product were investigated. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the preparation of polyglycerol in loop reactor were as follows: reaction temperature 240 ℃, catalyst dosage 2.0%, reactor pressure 0.2 ~ 0.3 MPa; under these conditions, the conversion of glycerol could reach over 99% Degree can reach more than 20.
