以江苏某灯泡贯流式泵站和轴流式泵站为例,对两种不同装置型式、相同比转速(n_s=1000)的水泵进行了能量特性试验研究。试验结果表明,灯泡贯流式水泵具有较好的水力性能,在低扬程(2~4m)范围内,其模型泵装置的效率比轴流泵装置效率高出2%~5%左右,最高效率为72%。该研究为今后贯流式水泵的进一步开发研究提供了一定的参考依据。
Taking a light bulb tubular pump station and an axial flow pump station in Jiangsu as an example, the energy characteristics of two types of pumps with the same specific speed (n_s = 1000) were tested. The experimental results show that the bulb tubular pump has better hydraulic performance. The efficiency of the model pump set is about 2% ~ 5% higher than that of the axial pump in the low lift range (2 ~ 4m). The highest efficiency Is 72%. The research provides some reference for the further development and research of tubular pump in the future.
