在海拔4080m地区对51例高原红细胞增多症患者进行了超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)和过氧化脂质(LPO)的测定,并与同一海拔健康人进行了对比分析。结果表明:高原红细胞增多症患者SOD活性降低(P<0.01)、LPO含量增加(P<0.01)。说明高原红细胞增多症患者存在有明显的自由基代谢失衡,这可能是他们体内组织的结构和功能受损伤的重要原因之一,文章对高原红细胞增多症病人体内自由基代谢失衡的原因进行了初步探讨。
Fifty-one patients with altitude polycythemia were assayed for superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lipid peroxidation (LPO) at an altitude of 4080m and compared with healthy subjects at the same altitude. The results showed that: SOD activity in patients with high altitude polycythemia decreased (P <0.01), LPO content increased (P <0.01). This suggests that there is a clear imbalance of free radical metabolism in patients with high altitude polycythemia, which may be one of the important reasons for the damage of their structure and function in vivo.
