本文通过对W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢和含铌基体钢65Cr4w3Mo2VNb等五种新老模具钢的疲劳性能测试和疲劳断口的观察,探讨了冷模具钢疲劳裂纹形核的一般机理和疲劳断口的特征,讨论了影响疲劳性能的显微组织因素,并对这五种钢的疲劳性能作出评价。
In this paper, the fatigue performance and fatigue fracture of W6Mo5Cr4V2 high-speed steel and 65Cr4w3Mo2VNb, including niobium-based steel, were investigated. The general mechanism of fatigue crack nucleation and the characteristics of fatigue fracture were discussed. Fatigue properties of microstructure factors, and fatigue performance of these five kinds of steel to make an assessment.
