无论是教育提醒,还是治偏纠错,都要带着深厚的感情去做,坚持以理服人,切忌以势压人,避免表面服从而内心不服的情况。对大量案例的剖析表明,领导干部违法违纪问题的产生,往往呈现出从小问题到大问题,从苗头性问题到突出问题的发展轨迹。因此,强化对领导干部的教育监督,关键在于建立苗头性问题早发现、早提醒、早纠正机制,切实做到防微杜渐、抓早抓小,治病于初始、治患于萌芽。
