随着经济的全球化,企业之间的竞争也愈演愈烈。企业之间的竞争归根结底就是人才的竞争,人才是企业立于不败之地的保障,所以越来越多的企业开始注重员工的培训,提高员工的整体素质。本文从员工培训在企业管理中的重要性和现阶段员工培训存在的问题以及正确的培训方法等方面进行简单的分析。
