目的加强基层医院的放射卫生管理,确保医用辐射安全和放射工作人员的身体健康。方法按照国家有关放射工作人员职业健康管理的标准和法规。结果针对基层医院放射卫生管理和薄弱环节,提出应走上法制化,规范化和程序化管理的道路。结论做好基层医院放射卫生管理工作是合理应用医疗照射,促进医用放射防护的基础和前提。 Objective To strengthen the management of radiological hygiene in grass-root hospitals so as to ensure medical radiation safety and the health of radiological workers. Methods According to the national standards and regulations on occupational health management of radiation workers. Results According to the radiological hygiene management and the weak links in primary hospitals, it is suggested that the legalization, standardization and procedural management should be taken. Conclusion To do a good job in the management of radiation health in grass-roots hospitals is the basis and premise for rational application of medical radiation and promotion of medical radiological protection.
