目的:对32例急性脑梗塞(CI)患者血浆中内皮素(ET)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)进行研究。并探讨ET、CGRP血浆中水平与脑梗塞面积、部位间的关系。方法 :采用放免分析法(RIA)检测。结果 :CI组血浆中ET显著高于对照组 ,而CGRP又略低于对照组 ,大面积梗塞ET和CGRP高于梗塞面积小于5cm×5cm组。内囊、基底节损伤较皮层梗塞和对照组高 ,而CGRP的改变无显著差异。结论 :血浆中ET和CGRP改变是早期诊断和治疗CI的较敏感的客观指标。对ET、CGRP异常者及时调整 ,将能有效降低因ET、CGRP失衡所致脑梗塞的发病率
Objective: To investigate the plasma levels of endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) in 32 patients with acute cerebral infarction (CI). And to explore the relationship between ET, CGRP plasma levels and cerebral infarction area and location. Methods: Radioimmunoassay (RIA) assay was used. Results: ET in plasma of CI group was significantly higher than that of control group, while CGRP was lower than that of control group. The infarct size and ET of large area were higher than that of infarction area less than 5cm × 5cm. The damage of the inner capsule and basal ganglia was higher than that of the cortical infarction and the control group, but there was no significant difference in the changes of CGRP. Conclusion: The changes of ET and CGRP in plasma are more sensitive and objective indicators for the early diagnosis and treatment of CI. The timely adjustment of ET and CGRP abnormalities will effectively reduce the incidence of cerebral infarction due to imbalance of ET and CGRP
